Illinois Ultimate Strength Series 2010 Season

Below are descriptions of each part of the Series...

 These are NAS Inc. sanctioned Strongman meets.

Depending on the level of the show athletes will be eligible to qualify for the NAS Inc. National Championships.

• Silver = 1st place qualifies for NAS Nationals
• Gold = 1st and 2nd qualifies for NAS Nationals
• Platinum = 1st thru 3rd qualifies for NAS Nationals

Every NAS Inc. Illinois Strongman contest that is part of the Series will have the top three athletes qualify for the Illinois Hercules (Series Finals).

Athletes may be eligible to earn points towards the Illinois Strongman of the Year Award by their placements in each of the NAS Inc. Illinois Strongman contests. Example: If an athlete has 10 total athletes in their class in one of the NAS Inc. Illinois meets, that athlete will earn 10 points for 1st, 9 points for 2nd, 8 points for 3rd, etc...with last place earning 1 point towards the Series from that contest. After all the NAS Inc. IL meets have been contested throughout the season the points will be totaled and the winners will be announced at the Illinois Hercules.

Athletes will be eligible to post or break current Illinois Strongman Records along with earning extra points towards the Illinois Strongman of the Year Award. 

• 2 Points for posting a record on a vacant slot.
• 5 Points for breaking a current record.
